The Soccer Without Borders girls program here in Nicaragua aims to empower girls by providing soccer opportunities and life skills education. Through interactive teaching in a fun learning environment, girls are introduced to skills that will build their self-esteem and enable them to play more active roles in the community. We are a group of 40 to 60 young girls from ages 8 to 19 that are dedicated to soccer, each other, and making the community a better place.
